I use my skills in organization and strategy to help entrepreneurs streamline their businesses so they actually have time to do the work they love.

Owner

Taylor Jo Oxley has a Bachelors Degree in Dance Performance from Illinois State University. After retiring from her professional dance career, she moved from New York City to Denver and fell into administrative work through a passion project with friends. Connections on that project led to working with Snowman Films, then with Moe Gram Art and Lifestyle, and then with the Kite + Dart Group, where her potential in this work really came to the surface.

Her experience working with the team and clients at Kite + Dart enhanced her expertise in strategy and operations. She spent countless hours with business coach Nate Lappegaard, observing and engaging in coaching sessions. The knowledge gained from these experiences helped shape her into a trusted strategy partner for her clients.

Since then, Taylor has collaborated with clients from various industries, spanning from electricians to non-profits, gaining and implementing a diverse set of skills to support small businesses and entrepreneurs.

In her free time, Taylor enjoys theatre and most recently movement directed Twelfth Night of the Living Dead with Loud Fridge Theatre Group in San Diego, CA. She authored her first book of poetry (below) in 2021 (dear god, please don’t buy it from Amazon). She loves cooking, crafting, travel, and taking her mini dachshund Huey Lewis to the beach.

Chief Security Officer

Huey Lewis Oxley is a 2 year old mini dachshund and is the Heart and Soul of Oxley Consulting Services. She loves Workin for a Livin and takes her role as Chief Security Officer seriously. She warns Taylor about potential threats to the business like the mailman, delivery workers, neighbors shutting the gate loudly, and many unseen threats. When she has a Couple Days Off, her short legs love long walks on the beach.

Did you know I’m also a published author?

Check out my first book.

giving back what’s left of goodbye

By Taylor Jo Oxley

This book came about because a boy broke my heart. And then I met a few other boys who also broke my heart. Then a wonderful man whom I loved dearly lost his life too soon. This is an attempt to let go.

I self published and self distribute this book. If you’d like to order one, send me a note. I’ll probably sign it for you. Maybe.
